Looks good -- here in Northern VA we fired up the grill for the first time this season and Elizabeth and I made chicken with a pineapple glaze. Also grilled pineapple rings, red pepper and zucchini directly on the grill with it.We ate out last night and my low-fat plate had grilled zucchini on it. Elizabeth tried it and liked it, so we did it here. Still a hit.
