Conference Lunches

I go to three or four conferences a year and one area that always seems to need improvement is theconference lunch. Invariably I am left to wonder "What kind of chicken will it be today?"

Today at Portland's Holiday Inn By the Bay (not close to the bay) we have a small grilled chicken breast over penne pasta and a parmesan cream sauce. At least the lemonade is good!
