Fresh off my round table talk at th NCMPR conference in Atlantic City, I am hitting Tun Tavern for lunch. Limp, brown lettuce covered by a smattering of shredded canned backfin crab meat and 3 shrimp is a pretty lousy seafood salad.
Thankfully the discussion was FAR better than the food!
